How can my Earn Group accept Tempo Time Credits?

If your Earn Group offers opportunities to use Tempo Time Credits, then you have the chance to accept them from people all over the country.

1. Log in to your account at tempotimecredits.org
   
   
2. Select "Accept Time Credits" from the left-hand menu.
   
   
3. Ask the Customer for their Tempo ID. This can be found on their online account or on their Tempo ID Card. You cannot process a transaction without one.
   
   
4. Choose the activity. Some activities will already have been listed for you by Tempo staff. If you'd like to add anything else here, just get in touch with us. You can also add your own custom activities if you like, but they will not be saved for future transactions.
   
   
5. Check any restrictions which might apply to the activity. These will pop up once you have selected the activity in question. 
   
   
6. Select the number and type of people who will be participating in the activity. You can choose between adults, and children who are under 16.
   
   
7. Accept Tempo Time Credits! Make sure you also run this transaction through your internal booking or till system, to ensure the customer can attend the activity on the day it is taking place.
