How many Tempo Time Credits can a volunteer receive for their time volunteering?

Tempo Time Credits recommend that volunteers are limited to 4/5 Tempo Time credits each week.
We would encourage each person receiving Tempo Time Credits to take part in a variety of
volunteer activities and avoid carrying out the same activity continuously.
