Can an employee who volunteers for a different charity receive Tempo Time Credits?

Yes! If you are employed by a charity and you wish to volunteer for another organisation, that's
fine! You can carry out this voluntary activity as long as you receive no benefits in kind, for
example, time off in lieu. If you receive no benefits in kind you can receive Tempo Time Credits.
