What should I do if one of my volunteers would like to be part of more than one Tempo Time Credit group?

If you have a member that would like to be part of more than one Tempo Time Credits group that’s great! They will only need one account.

1. Send them your group’s unique sign-up link (found when you click ‘Invite a new member’). 

2. If they have not already created a Tempo Time Credit account ask them to complete the sign-up form.

OR

 If they have already created a Tempo Time Credit account ask them to scroll down to where it says ‘Already have an account? Log in’.

As long as your volunteer signs up or logs in via your unique link on the first occasion they will appear in your list of members, as well as in the list of any other groups they may be a part of. All of the Tempo Time Credits they earn will be stored in one account and they won’t need to remember multiple log-in details.
